2023: El-Rufai’s successor have to be educated like him – Kaduna APC stakeholders

Involved stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress, Zone One in Kaduna State, on Monday, stated that the following governor of the state, come 2023, have to be extremely educated like incumbent governor Nasir El-Rufai.
