Controversy Trails Ruby Ojiakor’s Wedding as Allegations Surface About Husband Moc Madu
Ruby Ojiakor’s star-studded wedding to Moc Madu has taken a dramatic twist after media figure Radigad unleashed scathing allegations about the groom.

Nigerian media personality Destiny Ezeyim, popularly known as Radigad, has sparked fresh debate after posting a video in which he made several allegations regarding newlyweds, Moc Madu and Ruby Ojiakor.
Nollywood actress Ruby Ojiakor’s recent wedding to actor Moc Madu continues to trend online, not just for its fanfare but also for the controversy that followed. The couple tied the knot on Saturday, May 31, in the presence of friends, family, and industry colleagues. However, within hours of the celebration, unsettling claims about Moc Madu began circulating online, stirring heated discussions among fans.
Describing the wedding as “the most classless event in the history of marriage,” Radigad accused Moc Madu of surrounding himself with predominantly gay friends as groomsmen and predicted the marriage would not last more than five years.
He further claimed that Ruby Ojiakor married Moc Madu out of desperation and cautioned single women not to follow in her footsteps. According to him, Moc Madu’s intent was driven by fame and not genuine love. “This Ruby Ojiakor & Moc Madu marriage no go last. Ladies, whatever you do, do not settle for an agege man, e get why,” Radigad stated in his post on Instagram.
Despite the social media drama, the couple has previously shared how their relationship began on a movie set in Anambra State. Ruby recalled how Moc frequently requested help from her during the shoot where they played love interests. Although the film didn’t end with their characters marrying, their bond continued off-screen.
Madu later revealed that after returning to Lagos, he kept in touch with Ruby and gradually became convinced she was meant to be his wife. He eventually proposed, and the couple made their relationship official. Speaking about her husband, Ruby has described him as a non-womanizer, although playful in nature.
As reactions to the allegations continue to swirl, the newlyweds have not issued a public statement addressing the claims.
