Super Eagles head coach Eric Chelle has announced his starting XI for Nigeria’s high-profile international friendly against Russia, set to take place tonight at the Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow.

As anticipation builds for the encounter, Chelle has named Udinese’s Maduka Okoye as the man between the sticks, beating Amas Obasogie to the starting spot.

The backline will feature a strong defensive quartet comprising Bright Osayi-Samuel, Bruno Onyemaechi, Semi Ajayi, and team captain William Troost-Ekong, who will anchor the defense.
