Portable Accuses Actress and Second Baby Mama Ashabi Simple of Disrespecting His Wife
Portable has called out his baby mama, actress Ashabi Simple, accusing her of trying to disrupt his marriage.

Nigerian street hip hop sensation Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has publicly called his second baby mama, Nollywood actress Ashabi Simple, accusing her of stirring trouble in his home and disrespecting his wife, Bewaji.
In a video that quickly went viral, the “Zazu Zeh” crooner alleged that Ashabi was deliberately trying to undermine his marital relationship by seeking attention and clout through online drama. According to Portable, despite Bewaji’s tolerance and acceptance of Ashabi as one of his partners, the actress has failed to show respect in return.
He further claimed that Ashabi’s recent actions and comments have created unnecessary tension in his family. “She wants my wife’s position,” he said, suggesting that the actress may be overstepping boundaries in a bid for relevance.
Portable did not hold back in his warnings, emphasizing that he values his family and would not tolerate any attempt to destabilize his household. He criticized Ashabi for allegedly using his family life to generate publicity for her career, accusing her of leveraging controversy for fame.
“If my wife responds to you the way you’re asking for, can you handle it?” he warned in the video. Sharing the clip with his followers, he wrote:
“Dragging don start be that. Na you go wake wahala. If you don’t respect yourself and stop all this dragging, madam dragging, you dey use your home promote. Movie star no dey beg to shine.”
His outburst has generated mixed reactions online, with some fans siding with the singer for defending his wife, while others called for more private handling of domestic issues.
