EFCC has arrested 11 suspects in Kaduna for alleged involvement in internet fraud.
Recovered items include luxury gadgets and a Mercedes-Benz.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), through its Kaduna Zonal Office, has apprehended 11 individuals suspected of engaging in online fraud.

This was revealed in a statement issued on Wednesday in Abuja by the EFCC’s spokesperson, Dele Oyewale. He explained that the suspects were picked up from Mahuta and Barnawa, two areas in Kaduna State, after the commission received reliable intelligence connecting them to internet-related scams.
During the operation, the EFCC recovered several items believed to be linked to the suspects’ alleged criminal activities. These include a black Mercedes-Benz C300, 14 mobile phones, two laptops, an iPad, two mifi devices, and two wireless speakers (a JBL and a Zealot).
The commission noted that investigations are still ongoing, and once completed, the suspects will be formally charged in court. The EFCC continues to urge the public to report suspicious financial activities to help curb cybercrime in the country.
