Rosy Meurer Speaks Out Amid Rumors of Marital Crisis, Denies Allegations Against Husband
Rosy Meurer has spoken out amid rumors of marital issues with Churchill Olakunle.
She firmly denied abuse allegations and insisted on controlling her own narrative.
Actress Rosy Meurer has broken her silence following online rumors suggesting a crisis in her marriage to businessman Churchill Olakunle. Her statement comes shortly after Churchill addressed similar claims, dismissing reports of separation and asserting that his family was enjoying a vacation in Paris.
In a strongly worded Instagram post, Rosy expressed her frustration with ongoing speculation about her personal life. Without directly naming any specific allegation, she made it clear that she would no longer allow others to dictate the narrative around her marriage.
“You don’t tell your side of the story, they will tell it for you in ways that suit them for the world to believe. It’s the world we find ourselves in. YOU MUST SPEAK UP FOR YOURSELF!” she wrote.
The actress, who has often avoided addressing rumors, explained her decision to speak out this time. She emphasized that her responsibility to her family, children, and those who look up to her influenced her choice to respond publicly.
“Debunking has never been my thing… but because I have a family, I have children, and I have people that look up to me, I choose to speak up for myself. NO ONE is allowed to tell my story,” she added.
Rosy also dismissed claims suggesting abuse in her marriage, describing such accusations as baseless and damaging. She firmly defended her husband, saying: “MY HUSBAND IS NOT A WOMAN BEATER!!”
She went further to suggest that certain individuals were intentionally trying to resurface old narratives and tarnish their image. According to her, rumors are being “cooked up” to generate online engagement, especially during slow news periods.
“My husband never fit talk wetin dey him mouth finish, let alone beating a woman. Allegations no be by force… They just want to permanent the lies of the past which they generated. KUDOS!” she wrote.

Rosy’s post follows a wave of public speculation triggered by recent social media activity and conflicting accounts. While Churchill claimed his family was vacationing in Paris, some internet users questioned the claim, citing Rosy’s recent home-based content.
Though the couple has now publicly denied any crisis, the conversation continues online, with divided opinions over the authenticity of their statements. For now, both Churchill and Rosy Meurer have firmly rejected the rumors and stand united in defense of their marriage.
