Justin Bieber Shares Emotional Post on Mental Health Struggles
Justin Bieber opens up on emotional exhaustion, says pressure to heal has left him drained.
Singer credits faith in Jesus as his anchor amid struggles with anger, isolation, and self-focus.
Canadian pop star Justin Bieber has once again shared a candid glimpse into his ongoing battle with mental health, expressing deep exhaustion and emotional turmoil. The award-winning singer took to Instagram on Monday to bare his soul in a heartfelt message that has sparked widespread concern and support from fans worldwide.

In the post, Bieber revealed that despite his continuous efforts to grow and evolve, he finds himself feeling overwhelmed and emotionally drained.
“The more I try to grow, the more self-focused I become, and it’s exhausting,” he wrote. “I’m tired of thinking about myself.”
The singer admitted that while he is aware of his struggles particularly with feelings of brokenness and anger he is frustrated by the constant pressure to heal and the assumption that he hasn’t tried hard enough. He pointed out that healing is not as simple as people make it seem, and the weight of unrealistic expectations has left him feeling increasingly isolated.
“People keep telling me to heal. Don’t you think if I could have fixed myself, I would have already?” he questioned. “I know I’m broken and I know I have anger issues. I’ve tried my whole life to be like the people who told me I needed to be fixed like them.”
Bieber went on to say that these efforts have only left him feeling more tired and angry, with his focus constantly turned inward.
“It just keeps making me more tired and more angry. The harder I try to grow, the more focused on myself I am.”
However, amid the vulnerability, Bieber shared a glimmer of hope, crediting his Christian faith as the one thing that still motivates him to think beyond himself.
“Jesus is the only person who keeps me wanting to make my life about others. Because honestly, I’m exhausted with thinking about myself lately. Aren’t you?”
The emotional post has struck a chord with fans and mental health advocates alike, many of whom applauded Bieber for his honesty and bravery in speaking out. The singer’s openness about his personal challenges continues to shed light on the complex journey of mental health, especially for public figures living under constant scrutiny.
