VeryDarkMan Says His Mind Is Messed Up as He Returns Online

VeryDarkMan breaks silence after online absence, citing mental strain over herder-farmer crisis.

Fans express concern and support as he opens up on sleepless nights and emotional exhaustion.

Controversial social media critic, VeryDarkMan, has returned online after a brief period of silence that sparked widespread concern among fans and followers.

The outspoken social media personality had been unusually silent for two days, leading his elder brother, Mark Otse, to make an emotional appeal for public prayers. In a video posted on Instagram, Mark called on Nigerians to pray for his brother, describing the situation as difficult to explain.

“Good morning everyone. I’m not here to say much. All I want is for you to pray for VeryDarkMan. He hasn’t posted for two days now, and many people have been asking where he is. Honestly, I don’t even know how to explain what’s going on it’s really tough,” Mark said.

His appeal sparked anxiety across social media, with many speculating about VeryDarkMan’s wellbeing and mental state.

However, breaking his silence, VeryDarkMan addressed his followers in an emotional update, explaining the reason for his absence. According to him, the escalating violence involving herders and farmers in parts of Nigeria has taken a toll on his mental health.

“I really wish everyone could understand,” he began. “I haven’t been able to post in the last few hours because my mind is still messed up. The killings involving herdsmen and farmers are too much. For the past five days, I haven’t been able to sleep. I’ve been asking questions and doing deep research to understand the root of the problem, and it’s been exhausting.”

He reflected on the long-standing nature of the crisis, saying, “The Benue killings didn’t start today. The Jos Plateau killings didn’t start today. This has been going on for 10 to 15 years same pattern, same response: protests, visits from security chiefs, and empty promises. The real question isn’t when it stops, but how it stops.”

VeryDarkMan expressed frustration over what he described as repeated governmental failures and systemic lapses, adding, “My mind is overwhelmed with thoughts I can’t even explain.”

Despite his emotional state, he ended the message on a lighter note, telling followers, “Anyway, let me not ruin your Sunday with my worries. Happy Sunday, my people.”

His return has been met with mixed reactions, with some offering support and empathy, while others continue to seek clarity on his well-being and future plans.
