BBNaija S9 Reunion: Zion and Chinwe Clash Over Who Ended Their Relationship
Drama unfolded as BBNaija stars Zion and Chinwe argued over who ended their relationship.
The reunion show began with heated claims and personal revelations from the former couple.
The drama kicked off in the very first episode of the Big Brother Naija Season 9 reunion show as former housemates and ex-lovers, Zion and Chinwe, clashed over who actually ended their relationship.

The reunion show, which premiered on Monday night, wasted no time diving into unresolved tensions. During the episode, Zion claimed he was the one who called it quits with Chinwe, saying their life goals no longer aligned.
“I basically ended things,” Zion stated when asked by host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu. “I felt like we were moving in different directions in life, and the way she handled things just confirmed it.”
However, Chinwe was quick to refute the claim, accusing Zion of twisting the truth.
“What Zion will not do is sit here and lie on me,” she fired back. “You could’ve just owned the narrative, my love. What do you mean you broke up with me?”
Chinwe went on to share her side of the story, recalling how Zion went out clubbing the night before she was scheduled to travel back to her base even after she asked him to spend that evening with her. According to her, he turned off his phone and only resurfaced the following day, claiming he couldn’t get a ride but somehow made it to a friend’s house near her location.
She also suggested that Zion’s family and friends never liked her because she publicly revealed during the show that she financially supported Zion’s participation in Big Brother Naija.
The heated exchange set the tone for what promises to be a fiery reunion series, as former housemates confront unresolved conflicts and revisit moments that left fans talking.
