Victoria Kimani Says Kenyan Men Don’t Approach Her

Victoria Kimani says no Kenyan man has ever asked her out, only foreigners try their luck.

She blames it on fear or low confidence, urging men to improve how they approach women.

Kenyan singer Victoria Kimani has opened up about her love life, revealing that she’s never been approached by a fellow Kenyan man for a romantic relationship.

Speaking during a recent episode of the Box Pod, the award-winning singer shared that anytime she gets approached by men in Kenya, they usually turn out to be foreigners, not locals.

“I don’t get approached in Kenya. Nobody approaches me, unless they are not from here,” she said.

Kimani believes that the reason may be tied to fear or lack of confidence among Kenyan men. She added, “It’s like a lack of confidence or they just assume that I’m going to turn them down or they just don’t know how [to approach me]. It’s like they lack game.”

She also gave some advice to men on how to improve their approach, saying confidence, smelling good, and learning to communicate properly go a long way.

Kimani noted that many women get turned off when men use inappropriate language or make the wrong moves when trying to initiate a conversation.

Although the singer keeps her personal life away from the spotlight, she has previously been rumored to have dated Nigerian rapper Ice Prince and Tanzanian artist Diamond Platnumz. However, she has never publicly confirmed any of the reports.
