Tanzanian singer Juma Jux has confirmed that Nigerian influencer Priscilla Ojo, daughter of Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo, has converted to Islam. In a recent interview, the musician opened up about her gradual spiritual transformation and their future together.
According to Jux, Priscilla’s transition from Christianity to Islam was not rushed but came through a patient and deeply guided process. He credited the support of religious leaders who offered him advice on how to navigate such a delicate issue, allowing him to approach it with respect and sensitivity.
“It was a little difficult convincing my wife to become a Muslim,” he admitted. “But I was receiving lessons from religious leaders who guided me on how to approach it. With time, she understood.”
Jux shared that he had long envisioned marriage with Priscilla and considered himself fortunate to have found a partner who aligned with his life goals and values. He described the decision as spiritually significant, adding that it brought them closer.
“I knew everything when it came to my wedding. I had a dream about it. I was so lucky to find someone who wants the same thing as I do,” he said.
