Social media personality, VeryDarkMan (VDM), has given his take on the long-standing clash between singer Cynthia Morgan and music executive Jude Okoye.
In the video posted, VDM revealed that he met Jude Okoye at a public event, and during their conversation, the music boss shared his side of the controversy. According to VDM, Jude showed him receipts, contract details, and even videos that contradicted many of Cynthia Morgan’s previous claims.
Speaking about the stage name issue, Jude reportedly played a 2016 clip showing Cynthia publicly announcing her new name “Madrina” long before any legal fallout, suggesting it was her own decision to rebrand.
VDM also disclosed shocking figures about the singer’s music revenue. He claimed Cynthia Morgan’s royalties since her breakout year amounted to just $3,860.
“I looked like a complete fool confronting Jude over Cynthia’s case,” VDM admitted, adding that he had gone into the discussion expecting to challenge Jude Okoye but was instead presented with evidence showing the investments made into Cynthia’s career.
Verydarkman emphasized that it is now clear that Cynthia Morgan had misrepresented parts of the story, especially regarding her struggles and alleged mistreatment by Jude. Based on what he saw and heard, VDM believes Cynthia Morgan owes Jude Okoye a public apology.
He stated that the narrative pushed on social media had painted Jude in a negative light for years, but the facts tell a different story.
