The actress warns that deceptive practices now appear harmless but mask dangerous spiritual traps.
Nollywood actress Juliana Olayode, popularly known as Toyo Baby from Jenifa’s Diary, has opened up about a personal spiritual experience, revealing that she once came close to being initiated into witchcraft.
The actress shared the revelation in a video posted on her Instagram page, where she warned fans about the growing presence and subtle forms of witchcraft in society today.
“Witchcraft is everywhere these days, they’re not hiding anymore, they’re not waiting for midnight to fly, as most of us think,” she said.
Juliana explained that many deceptive practices now appear attractive and innocent on the surface but carry deep spiritual consequences. She urged people to remain vigilant and discerning.
“They operate every hour of the day, it looks very attractive, it looks like you’re on the right path, it looks like you’re trying to satisfy your curiosity, it looks ‘good’ but be careful because not all that looks good is good.
“Don’t fall for the lie that you’ve been here before, nobody has. Also, just because they tell you something you’re experiencing or have gone through, doesn’t mean it’s through the right spirit. Remember Acts 16:16-18?”
She also cautioned against attending questionable spiritual gatherings and warned about churches that may not be aligned with the true teachings of Christ.
“Be careful what you expose yourself to, be careful who you expose yourself to, be careful the ‘spiritual’ gathering you attend, be careful what church you go to, be very careful and very discerning.
“The enemy is not sleeping, he’s working relentlessly and subtly and so much money is being pumped into this agenda as well.”
Juliana concluded her message with a strong declaration of faith.
“Lastly, the only way to God is through Jesus Christ, who is the son of God. If you want to experience God, if you want God, go through Jesus Christ.”
