Lege Miami claims CNN wanted to interview him only to mock his English fluency.
He says he dodged the invite, suspecting it was meant to disgrace him publicly.
Nollywood actor Lege Miami has alleged that international news outlet CNN tried to invite him for an interview just to ridicule him.
In a video shared on his Instagram page, Lege claimed the invitation was a setup to embarrass him, especially because of his struggle with speaking fluent English.
He said:
“I ran away. All Nigerians, guess what. CNN news invite me for an interview, I ran away. They want to disgrace me, they want to embarrass me. I can’t speak good English oooo.”
Lege, known for his bold personality and support for President Bola Tinubu, is also a close friend of Seyi Tinubu.
