Entrepreneur Simon Guobadia is said to have taken legal action against his Ex – wife, Porsha Williams, with a $500,000 defamation lawsuit.
The legal filing reportedly centers on Instagram posts made by Porsha in July 2024, which Guobadia claims implied he suffers from erectile dysfunction. While the posts didn’t name him directly, Guobadia alleges they were aimed at him and have since harmed his reputation.
In the lawsuit, he claims the comments damaged his public image, cost him valuable business deals, and caused emotional distress.
This development follows Guobadia’s recent divorce settlement with Porsha, in which he was ordered to pay her $40,000 monthly in alimony and allow her continued access to their Atlanta mansion.
