Former Astronomer CEO, Andy Byron, is reportedly planning legal action against British rock band Coldplay following a viral kiss cam video that surfaced online.

The clip, recorded during a recent Coldplay concert in Massachusetts, showed Byron alongside Kristin Cabot, the head of HR at Astronomer, in a kiss cam moment that quickly drew widespread attention on social media. Byron claims the footage led to emotional distress and a breach of his privacy, prompting him to consider suing both the band and the event organizers.

Although no official lawsuit has been filed yet, sources say Byron is actively weighing his legal options.

Amid the controversy, Byron’s personal life has also come under the spotlight. His wife, Megan Kerrigan Byron, has reportedly filed for divorce. The divorce proceedings are said to be underway, with Megan reportedly seeking a settlement worth $200 million.
