Donald Trump Reportedly Weighing Presidential Pardon for Diddy Combs
Trump may pardon Diddy as rapper faces prison time for prostitution-related charges, not trafficking.
He vows to review facts fairly, while legal team seeks $50 million bail ahead of October sentencing.
Former U.S. President Donald Trump is reportedly considering granting a presidential pardon to rapper and music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is currently facing legal troubles in a high-profile federal case.

Diddy was recently convicted on two counts related to transporting individuals for prostitution, charges that could carry up to 14 years in prison. However, Combs was cleared of the more severe charges, including racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking.
Addressing the situation, Trump said he would “definitely review the facts” to determine if Combs had been treated unjustly, stressing that his judgment would not be swayed by celebrity status or personal ties.
Combs is scheduled to be sentenced on October 3, 2025, in New York. Meanwhile, his legal team has proposed a $50 million bail package, a request that prosecutors are strongly opposing.
