Samklef accuses VeryDarkMan of switching stance on Mohbad’s death after alleged ₦1m payment.

He claims Tunde Ednut influenced the shift, vowing to reveal more behind-the-scenes dealings.

Music producer Samklef has stirred up fresh controversy over the death of singer Mohbad by calling out online activist VeryDarkMan (VDM) for allegedly switching sides.

In a recent post, Samklef shared a throwback video where VDM had previously demanded that Naira Marley and Marlian Records be cancelled, holding them responsible for Mohbad’s death.

According to Samklef, VDM now claims the Marlian crew had no hand in the singer’s passing, a move he believes was influenced by money. He alleged that entertainer Tunde Ednut gave VDM ₦1 million, which led to the activist’s sudden change of position.

Samklef further claimed that Tunde Ednut had been secretly supporting Naira Marley and Sam Larry, accusing him of working behind the scenes to shift public attention away from them.

Though he did not present solid evidence to back his claims, Samklef said more revelations would come later.

Taking a swipe at VDM, he wrote: “Your mama go cry! Small boy come here come taste 👅 this food 🥘 @verydarkblackman. Make una tag Naira Marley!”

He added that the same activist who once shouted for the cancellation of Naira Marley had now turned around after allegedly receiving money. “It all changed after Tunde Ednut allegedly called him and gave him ₦1 million. That’s when the flip happened,” he said.

Samklef ended by claiming VDM had “dined with darkness,” promising to expose more details soon.
