Popular gospel singer and pastor, Nathaniel Bassey, has revealed plans for a special one-day Hallelujah Challenge tagged the “Kirikiri Edition.”

The worship event is set to take place on August 27, 2025, at the Kirikiri Medium Security Prison in Lagos. Nathaniel described the outreach as a personal desire tied to his birthday celebration.
In a post shared via Instagram, he announced that the program will include praise, worship, sharing meals, and offering scholarships to some inmates. He also hinted that the event might not be streamed due to security reasons.
He concluded the announcement by confirming that the general Hallelujah Challenge will begin again in October, urging followers to get ready for what’s to come.
