Taaooma says motherhood has transformed her life, revealing strength and love she never imagined.
She shared how being a mum taught her to always find a way and love beyond limits.
Popular Nigerian skit maker and content creator, Mariam Apaokagi, known by fans as Taaooma, has shared an emotional insight into her journey as a mother.
During an interview with Pulse Nigeria, Taaooma revealed that becoming a mum has changed her life completely. She admitted that motherhood taught her to go beyond her limits and showed her a strength she didn’t know she had.
Speaking about the emotional side of parenting, the comedian said the love she feels for her child is deeper than anything she’s ever experienced.
“I realized that there’s nothing like I can’t do it. Being a mom, you always find a way. Even if you think you cannot do it, you actually find yourself doing it. Secondly, I never thought I would be able to love somebody so much. But you see, I love her more than myself,” she said.
Taaooma got engaged to her partner, Abdulaziz Oladimeji (popularly called Abula), in Namibia back in February 2020. They tied the knot on January 24, 2021.
In December 2024, she introduced her baby girl to the public through a video shared on social media.
