A leaked audio clip has raised new questions in the ongoing probe into Mohbad’s death.
In the recording, he accuses someone close of threats, spying, and emotional stress.
The pursuit of justice in the death of late Nigerian singer Mohbad has taken a new twist with the emergence of a leaked audio clip shared by VeryDarkMan.
In the recently leaked 2-minute-40-second audio, Mohbad is heard voicing his distress and accusing an unidentified person allegedly someone with access to his iCloud of attempting to harm him.
“You think I’ll forget everything. I know you won’t say anything. You know how to call my mum just to make her sad,” he says in the recording.
He also accuses the person of invading his privacy by tampering with his WhatsApp and forcing him to wear clothing he didn’t like. Mohbad goes further to warn that should anything happen to him, the person in question should be held responsible.
Although the identity of the individual wasn’t revealed in the clip, online speculation points to his wife, Wunmi, as the likely subject of the allegations. The leaked audio has since gone viral, intensifying public calls for clarity and accountability in the ongoing investigation.
