Nigerian singer Skales appears to have moved on from his marriage as he recently unveiled a new relationship on social media.
On Saturday, August 23, the singer took to Instagram to introduce Shauney Monae, a model, describing her with affectionate words. Skales called her his “favorite song and guiding light” and added that he loves the way she shows him love.
This public show of affection comes two years after the singer’s marriage to model Precious Raoul faced controversy.
Skales and Precious tied the knot in September 2021. A year later, in September 2022, the singer celebrated their first wedding anniversary, describing the union as a blessing at the time.
Same 2022, Skales made headlines when he referred to his wife as a “devil” shortly after she mourned his late mother on social media.
Though, he apologized in 2023 when they had their daughter, with his latest Instagram post, fans believe Skales has closed that chapter and is openly embracing a new relationship.
