David Luiz Faces Cheating Allegations as Leaked Messages Suggest Affair and ‘Threesome’ Request
David Luiz has been accused of cheating after leaked Instagram chats linked him to Karol Cavalcante.
The ex-Chelsea star’s team denied any physical meeting, insisting the claims remain unproven.
Former Chelsea and Arsenal defender, David Luiz, has been caught in the middle of a cheating scandal after leaked Instagram messages allegedly linked him to another woman outside his relationship.
According to Brazilian outlet LeoDias, Luiz, who currently plays for Cypriot side Pafos, is accused of maintaining online conversations with Karol Cavalcante while engaged to his long-term fiancée, Bruna Loureiro. Cavalcante claimed the exchanges began casually but later turned more suggestive, with Luiz reportedly hinting at a threesome involving her and a friend.
She alleged that the footballer, who is known for his Christian faith, told her that participating in the encounter would be “serving the Lord.” Screenshots circulating online also appear to show Luiz advising Cavalcante to consider legal action against anyone leaking details of their interactions, while stressing: “Serving the Lord is the way forward.”
Cavalcante further alleged that Luiz’s tone became “aggressive” over time, making her feel insecure. She told LeoDias:
“We started talking, and as the days went by, the exchange of messages became more and more frequent. He even suggested having a threesome with my friend, but I didn’t want to get involved. I started to notice he was acting somewhat aggressively towards me.”
Luiz’s management team has since issued a statement denying any physical meeting between the player and Cavalcante. The statement read:
“Although there was a brief exchange via text message, there was never any face-to-face meeting between David Luiz and the person making the contrary allegations.”
The Magna Praia Hotel in Fortaleza, where Cavalcante claimed the pair allegedly met, also confirmed that Luiz had never stayed at the hotel.
Luiz, engaged to Loureiro since 2019 and father of two children, has not publicly commented beyond his team’s denial.
