TikTok Stars Peller and Jarvis in Controversy After Onstage Altercation at Lagos Concert
Peller and Jarvis are facing widespread online reactions after a pushing incident at Seyi Vibez’s Lagos concert.
While many condemned the act, Jarvis defended Peller, urging Nigerians not to misinterpret their relationship.
Nigerian TikTok personalities Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, and Amadou Elizabeth Aminata, known as Jarvis, have stirred intense online debate following a dramatic incident at Seyi Vibez’s concert in Lagos on August 24, 2025.
A viral video from the event shows Peller forcefully pushing Jarvis during a chaotic moment in the crowd, with some spectators alleging he struck her. The footage quickly triggered backlash, with many social media users condemning the act as abusive.
In his defense, Peller insisted his actions were misinterpreted, claiming he was only trying to protect Jarvis from being overwhelmed by aggressive fans. Jarvis also sought to downplay the incident, dismissing the abuse narrative.
“I would have left if Peller beats me. The pushing was a No No, but I believe he will change,” she said in response to the criticism.
She further urged Nigerians to stop painting their relationship as abusive, affirming that she loves him and trusts his growth.
The incident has since ignited heated discussions across X and other platforms, with opinions sharply divided. While some criticized Peller for crossing boundaries, others defended him, suggesting the video may have been taken out of context.
