Popular Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has revealed a unique practice she engages in whenever she wants to feel spiritually connected to her ancestors.
In a recent Instagram story, the actress shared that she often instructs her drivers to pull over on random streets, allowing her to step out, play music, and soak in the atmosphere. According to Regina, the routine is her way of aligning spiritually, sharing energy with nature, and maintaining positive vibes.
She wrote: “Do you guys wanna know something weird about me? I always randomly stop my drivers on any street just to walk, play music, communicate with my ancestors, share the wind’s energy, and most importantly, being in the flyest vibe mehnnn.”
The actress added that another activity she cherishes is holding casual conversations with those around her, including her orderly, police officers, drivers, and personal assistant. She explained that she sometimes spends hours with them, enjoying the exchange before finally heading home.
