Fuji legend Obesere is set to marry UK-based therapist Yinka TNT as his second wife.
Their relationship has drawn wide attention after public posts and a joint music video.
Legendary Fuji musician Abass Akande, popularly known as Obesere or “Omo Rapala,” is preparing to take popular sex and relationship therapist Yinka Ayanda, widely known as Yinka TNT, as his second wife.
Obesere’s manager, Arems Adeniyi, confirmed the news to Premium Times on Monday, September 15, saying the wedding plans are underway but no official date has been fixed. Obesere has been married for many years to Abeni Tolanikawo, with whom he has children.
Yinka TNT, a UK-based mental health nurse, gained prominence for her outspoken discussions on sexual health, consent, and relationships on social media. Though not formally trained in sex therapy, she has built a large following through her programs and personal insights.
Earlier this month, Yinka TNT announced she had introduced Obesere to her family, sharing photos and videos online and dismissing doubts about their relationship. On September 7, she released a music video titled “Ololufe” featuring Obesere, sparking even more interest in their partnership.
Responding to critics, Yinka TNT defended her marriage to the Fuji star, insisting they are happy together and warning detractors to stay out of their private life. She also publicly affirmed her commitment to Obesere despite online backlash.
