Online critic VeryDarkMan (VDM) has released a new track on his official social media pages, revealing it is directed at a mysterious figure he calls “Papa J.”
VDM had previously recorded songs mentioning public figures such as Portable and Mercy Chinwo, but this time his lyrics focus on alleged fake miracles and the deception of churchgoers. In the new video, he warns his audience to “fear Papa J” while performing a staged “miracle” on a man to drive home his message.
At the time of reporting, the true identity of Papa J has not been confirmed, but the video has added a new layer to VeryDarkMan’s evolving music career and online persona.
