Nigerian chef Dammy has cleared the air about rumours saying she wants to cook the world’s biggest pot of beans.
Dammy made this clear while congratulating Hilda Baci on her Guinness World Record for cooking the largest pot of jollof rice. She called Hilda’s achievement a win for all Nigerian chefs and food lovers. She also said she is not planning any beans cook-a-thon or record attempt.
Chef Dammy, who became famous in 2023 after her own cook-a-thon, explained that she is now focused on growing her brand, expanding her food business and inspiring young Nigerians who love cooking.
Her statement puts an end to the rumors and shows her plans are about growth, not another record-breaking event.
