Portable Says He’ll Back Highest Bidder in 2027 Election
Portable declares he will only support the 2027 election candidate or party that pays him first.
The street pop star tells fans politics won’t harm his life or reputation.
Street pop artist Habeeb Olalomi Badmus, popularly known as Portable, has released a video saying he won’t support any political party in the 2027 election, except those who pays him first.

In the video, Portable said he is open to supporting the highest bidder, explaining that he cannot allow himself or those close to him to suffer because of loyalty to any one party. Mentioning different parties and their candidates, he added that Peter Obi, or Atiku, could win his backing if any of them approaches him first.
Portable also addressed his friendship with Seyi Tinubu, saying that although they are friends, Seyi has never given him money. He told his fans that despite his past comments about the APC and President Bola Tinubu, no one should hesitate to approach him now.
The singer advised Nigerians to vote for leaders who can help them, stressing that he uses his own money to buy rice and share with his fans. He urged supporters to back him financially if he campaigns for them and warned that politics should not harm his life or reputation.
