President Tinubu plans a swift trip to Kaduna for a wedding and a courtesy visit.
He will attend Senator Yari’s son’s marriage and meet Aisha Buhari during the stop.
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is scheduled to travel from Abuja to Kaduna State for a brief visit that includes both a social and a courtesy engagement. During the trip, he will attend the wedding of Nasirudeen Yari, the son of Senator Abdul’aziz Yari, who represents Zamfara West in the National Assembly. The marriage ceremony will unite Nasirudeen with Safiyya Shehu Idris.
According to presidential spokesman Bayo Onanuga, the visit will also include a stop at the home of Aisha Buhari, widow of the late former President Muhammadu Buhari. Tinubu is expected to meet with her at the family residence in Kaduna.
The presidential aide noted that after attending the wedding and paying the courtesy call, Tinubu will return to Abuja the same day, marking a short but significant visit to the state.
