Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has fired back at an online troll who tried to shame her over marriage. The actress took to her Instagram page to address the issue, sharing a video where she opened up about how she’s treated on social media.
“Is it okay for someone to come at you unprovoked? Marriage shame you. Child shame you. Just like that. Because you are a so-called celebrity. I’ve always said this. I’m not a celebrity, you know. I have got blood running through my veins. I am human just like you,” she said.
She reminded her followers that having millions of fans online does not make her less human or untouchable, adding:
This latest outburst from Nkechi Blessing comes just days after a secretly snapped photo of her working out at a Lagos gym went viral. The picture, reportedly taken without her consent, circulated widely on social media and drew comments about her body and appearance.
