Rihanna announced the news on Instagram on September 25, sharing a photo of herself holding the baby and writing, “Rocki Irish Mayers, Mini RiRi is here.” The baby girl was born on September 13, 2025.
Rihanna had revealed her pregnancy at the 2025 Met Gala in a stunning Marc Jacobs outfit. She and Rocky, who became a couple in 2021 after years of friendship, already have two sons, RZA (born 2022) and Riot (born 2023).
The singer also posted a photo of tiny pink boxing gloves to introduce the baby to her 150 million followers. The name Rocki Irish Mayers continues the family’s tradition of “R” names, combining a nod to her father’s stage name with a personal twist.
