In a post shared on his X account, Adeyanju wondered why many past winners of the show appear broke shortly after leaving the house despite winning millions.
“Do they really give BBNaija winners the prize money? The reason I’m asking is because many of them end up looking extremely broke thereafter,” he wrote.
His remarks came shortly after Imisi was announced as the winner of Big Brother Naija Season 10, taking home the ₦150 million grand prize, with Dede and Koyin finishing as first and second runners-up respectively. Adeyanju’s comments have since renewed conversations about whether BBNaija winners truly get their full rewards and how they manage their finances after the show.
