Ademola Lookman could soon be on his way to Turkey as Galatasaray prepare a move for the Atalanta forward. According to Fotomac, the Turkish Super Lig champions’ coach, Okan Buruk, is eager to strengthen his attack by bringing in the Nigerian winger.
The 27-year-old may also reunite with his national teammate, Victor Osimhen, who is reportedly set to play a role in convincing him to join the club next year.
Lookman had pushed for a transfer during the last summer window, with Inter Milan showing strong interest, but Atalanta refused their offers.
Despite handing in a transfer request and skipping training sessions, he remained in Italy. Galatasaray are now expected to start negotiations with a loan offer that could later turn into a permanent deal.
