Nicki Minaj Faces Losing $20M Mansion Over Husband’s 2019 Assault Case
Nicki Minaj reportedly risks losing her $20 million Los Angeles mansion over an unpaid court judgment.
The ruling stems from her husband Kenneth Petty’s 2019 assault case involving their former security chief.
Rapper Nicki Minaj is reportedly at risk of losing her $20 million Hidden Hills mansion in Los Angeles after allegedly failing to pay a court-ordered judgment linked to her husband Kenneth Petty’s 2019 assault case.

According to court filings from October, a German court ordered Minaj and Petty to pay $503,318 to their former security chief, Thomas Weidenmüller, who claimed Petty assaulted him backstage during the Nicki WRLD Tour in 2019. The altercation allegedly left Weidenmüller with a broken jaw that required multiple surgeries.
Legal documents obtained by ‘The Real Deal’ reveal that Weidenmüller’s lawyers are now seeking to enforce the judgment by moving to sell Minaj’s mansion. The filing notes that the property has a $13.2 million mortgage lien and a $722,000 homestead exemption, leaving about $6 million in equity, enough to cover the unpaid damages.

Weidenmüller’s legal team claims repeated attempts to collect the payment were ignored, prompting the latest move to seize the property.
Neither Nicki Minaj nor Kenneth Petty has publicly addressed the ongoing legal dispute, which marks yet another controversy in what has been a turbulent year for the superstar rapper.
