Sarah Martins Alleges Assault by Uniformed Men During Charity Outreach in Lagos
Actress Sarah Martins has accused Lagos KAI officials of assaulting her during a charity outreach.
She said the officers disrupted her food drive and confiscated items meant for the homeless.
Nollywood actress Sarah Martins has cried out on social media after allegedly being assaulted by KAI (Kick Against Indiscipline), the environmental law enforcement agency of the Lagos State government in Nigeria, while carrying out her charity work in Lagos.

The actress, who is known for her regular street feeding projects, said she was harassed and humiliated while cooking for homeless people.
Sharing a video of her injured hand on Instagram, Sarah recounted that the uniformed men disrupted her outreach, seized her food, cooking gas, and other materials she used to prepare free meals for the needy.
“My heart aches. Today, as I was cooking free food for the vulnerable and homeless people on the streets of Lagos, like I always do, some uniformed men came, harassed me, bullied me, and took away the food I was cooking, my cooking gas, and everything I was using to make free food.
“My only offence was serving love on a plate through my healthy meals. I am not a chef, and I do not cook for a living. My heart aches,” she wrote.
Sarah Martins, known for her humanitarian efforts and public advocacy, urged authorities to investigate the incident and protect citizens who dedicate their time and resources to helping others.
