Nigerian entrepreneur and fashion designer Tania Omotayo has expressed shock over the rising cost of goods in the country after discovering the price of strawberries in a Lagos supermarket.
Taking to her Snapchat, Tania shared her disbelief upon seeing a pack of strawberries selling for ₦50,000, questioning how ordinary citizens were expected to cope with such inflation.
She wrote: “Are we not finished like this in this country?” reacting to the exorbitant price tag.
