Lege Miami Says He Was Cut Out of Seyi Tinubu’s Birthday Documentary Over Poor English

Lege Miami says his clip was removed from Seyi Tinubu’s birthday documentary.

He blamed himself, saying poor English made the team cut out his message.

Nollywood actor Adams Kehinde, popularly known as Lege Miami, has claimed that he was edited out of a special documentary made to celebrate Seyi Tinubu’s 40th birthday earlier this week.

In a viral video shared on Friday, the actor alleged that his segment was removed because he could not speak English fluently. He, however, clarified that Seyi Tinubu, the son of President Bola Tinubu, was not to blame for the incident.

“I am responsible for my predicament because I don’t speak good English. If I spoke better English, Seyi Tinubu would have included me among people who speak good English and are rich,” Lege said.

He explained that a team had visited his house to record his message for the documentary, but his part was eventually excluded from the final production.

“They brought a camera to my house, recorded me, and I wished Seyi Tinubu a happy birthday. But Seyi’s aides removed me from the video. Don’t blame Seyi, he’s a good man and my friend. I believe if I packaged myself better or spoke English well, they would have included me,” he said.

The actor, known for his comic roles and matchmaking videos on social media, urged fans to stop tagging Seyi Tinubu over the issue, adding that the situation had become overwhelming.

“Stop tagging me; it’s unbearable. It’s not Seyi’s fault. I caused it myself because I don’t speak good English,” he concluded.
