Seyi Tinubu Gifts Actress Sarah Martins ₦20 Million, Promises to Support Her Charity
Actress Sarah Martins has thanked Seyi Tinubu for donating ₦20 million to her charity foundation.
The gesture followed her recent assault in Lagos, which drew widespread sympathy online.
Nollywood actress Sarah Martins has expressed overwhelming gratitude after receiving a ₦20 million donation from Seyi Tinubu, son of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, following her recent ordeal in Lagos.

In a video shared on her Instagram page on Friday, October 17, Sarah was seen in tears as she announced the generous gesture, describing it as a transformation “from disgrace to grace.”
According to the actress, Seyi Tinubu not only gifted her ₦20 million but also pledged to support and expand her free food charity outreach, an initiative dedicated to feeding the less privileged on the streets of Lagos.
She wrote:
“From DISGRACE to GRACE! From the office of the President, our philanthropic youth leader, Mr. Seyi Tinubu, just supported my NGO with ₦20,000,000. Nigerians, please help me say thank you to him. He didn’t only give me ₦20 million but also promised to take my free food charity outreach to the next level.”
The heartwarming moment, captured in a viral clip, showed Sarah visibly emotional as she offered prayers of gratitude for Seyi’s kindness.
The donation comes days after Sarah alleged that she was assaulted by uniformed men, reportedly officials of the Kick Against Indiscipline (KAI), while cooking for the homeless in Lagos, an incident that sparked public outrage and sympathy online.
Sarah, who runs the Golden Heart Foundation, thanked Nigerians for their support and credited the intervention to divine favour, calling Seyi Tinubu’s gesture “a blessing born out of pain.”
