Rita Edochie has taken aim at Yinka Theisen, the former fiancée of her brother-in-law Linc Edochie, after Yinka criticized Queen May, Yul Edochie’s estranged wife. In a blistering Instagram post, Rita mocked Yinka’s credibility, asking how someone with two failed marriages could lecture another woman. She accused Yinka of jealousy and of trading on public sympathy, saying a past indiscretion was a mistake that should not be amplified for clout.
Rita insisted she had warned the Edochie family about Yinka’s intentions and claimed the family rejected her advances. Defending Queen May, Rita stressed that May left the marriage on her own terms and praised her integrity and accomplishments, which she said far outshine anything Yinka has achieved. Rita dismissed Yinka’s online outbursts as attention-seeking theatrics and accused her of trying to profit from family drama.
Challenging Yinka to compare accomplishments, Rita said Yinka was nowhere near May’s standing and accused her of being driven by envy. She vowed to expose what she called Yinka’s shortcomings and urged her supporters to stand firm behind the Edochies.
