Regina Chukwu Warns Men Against Verbal Abuse in Relationships
Regina Chukwu has urged men to stop using hurtful words against their partners.
She said verbal abuse destroys confidence and peace, leaving deep emotional scars no apology can heal.
Nollywood actress Regina Chukwu has issued a strong message to men, warning that verbal abuse in relationships can be just as damaging as physical violence.

In a heartfelt post shared on her Instagram page, the actress emphasized that words can leave lasting emotional scars that no apology can erase. She explained that while physical abuse leaves visible marks, verbal insults and emotional manipulation destroy a woman’s confidence, peace, and sense of worth.
“Verbally abusing your woman is just as bad as hitting her because those words echo in places no apology can reach. You might not leave marks on her skin, but you’ll leave damage on her heart, her confidence, and her peace,” she wrote.
Regina added that once a man destroys a woman’s inner peace, he should never expect to get the same version of her again. She urged men to treat their partners with kindness, respect, and emotional care, stressing that love should never be expressed through hurtful words.
