Singer Dencia Criticizes Regina Daniels Over Marriage to Ned Nwoko Amid Crisis
Singer Dencia has reacted to Regina Daniels’ reported marital crisis with Senator Ned Nwoko.
She warned young women against marrying older men for wealth, saying such choices often end in regret.
Cameroonian singer and entrepreneur Dencia has weighed in on the ongoing marital crisis between Nollywood actress Regina Daniels and her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko.

The controversy began after reports surfaced that Regina accused her husband of domestic violence, while Ned countered by alleging that the actress was involved in drug abuse. The allegations have since stirred widespread debate online.
Reacting to the development, Dencia took to social media to criticize young women who marry much older men for wealth or social status. She described such relationships as misguided and warned that they often lead to regret and emotional pain.
“Young, fresh girl like this, with a career and everything, you go and give your youth to an old grandpa-looking man. You thugged it out, flaunting fake designer bags, shoes, and old cars and now he’s beating you?” she wrote.
Dencia added that if she were in Regina’s shoes, she and her friends would never tolerate such treatment. She advised young women to value themselves and avoid entering relationships driven by money, saying, “Dear young girls, you have many options, and your grandpa ain’t one.”
