Isaac Fayose Blasts Authorities Over Silence on Kidnapped Woman’s Plea
Isaac Fayose has condemned the silence of authorities over a viral video showing a kidnapped woman pleading for her life.
He criticized leaders for ignoring citizens’ safety and failing to act swiftly.
Businessman and social commentator, Isaac Fayose, has expressed outrage over a viral video showing a woman identified as Aisha Wahab begging for her life while in captivity, as her kidnappers demanded ₦20 million within 72 hours or threatened to kill her.

In a statement shared on social media, Fayose faulted the Edo State Government, the Presidency, and security agencies for keeping quiet since the distressing video began circulating online.
According to him, the failure of government authorities to respond publicly or provide any update on rescue efforts reflects the low priority given to the safety of ordinary citizens. He warned Nigerians to understand the harsh reality of leadership indifference.
Fayose said the silence from those in power clearly shows how little value is placed on human life in the country, urging people to protect themselves and not rely entirely on the system.
The viral footage shows Wahab weeping as her abductors display firearms and threaten to end her life if their demands are not met.
