Ned Nwoko Advocates Polygamy, Says Men With One Wife Have Unstable Homes
Ned Nwoko defends polygamy and says multiple wives help men maintain stronger family balance.
He insists monogamy is more stressful while rejecting claims of mistreatment in his home.
Senator Ned Nwoko has expressed firm support for polygamy, arguing that men married to only one woman often struggle to maintain balanced family lives.

Speaking during an interview on Channels Television’s Politics Today on Sunday, the Delta North lawmaker said managing multiple wives brings stability rather than chaos.
Pressed on how he handles marriage with four women a lifestyle many men describe as overwhelming Nwoko paused briefly before responding.
He likened polygamy to standing with both feet firmly on the ground, insisting that monogamy leaves men vulnerable.
“Think of a man balancing on just one leg it is shaky and stressful,” he explained. “Add more legs, and the balance improves. That is how I see marriage. Men with only one wife often struggle more than those with multiple partners.”
When the interviewer pointed out that Christianity does not encourage polygamy, the senator argued that earlier biblical teachings allowed it, describing himself as a man guided by faith. He, however, noted that religious debates were not the focus of the conversation.
Asked if he ever wished he had chosen a different marital path, Nwoko made it clear he stood by his decisions.
He said marriage should always reflect personal choice, adding that he would marry the same partners if he had to start over.
Turning to recent accusations that he has been abusive toward his wives particularly actress Regina Daniels Nwoko rejected the claims as false. He described himself as someone who treats his spouses and children with care and affection.
