Comedian Michael Blackson Apologizes to Fiancée After Fathering Child with Another Woman

Michael Blackson has apologized to his fiancée Rada after fathering a second child with another woman.

He says the situation ended their engagement but vows to remain a responsible father.

Comedian Michael Blackson has issued a public apology to his fiancée Rada after revealing that he fathered a child with another woman. Previously, he had celebrated the birth of a son with Rada earlier this year.

According to Blackson, just weeks after Rada welcomed their son, Mikey, a longtime female friend of over five years gave birth to his second son, King Kweku Blackson. He expressed regret for the timing and admitted that the revelation caused the end of his engagement to Rada.

In a heartfelt post on Instagram, Blackson stated: “Two months after Rada gave birth to little Mikey… a female friend I’ve known for over 5 yrs also gave birth to my son King Kweku Blackson. My two boys have brought so much joy to my life but also caused me to lose my fiancé Rada.” He added that even his older twin sons and his mother were unaware of the new child until recently. He apologized to Rada for the pain he caused and pledged to be the best father he could be.

Blackson also joked that from now on he will only date women who “ran out of period or had a hysterectomy,” saying he wants to avoid the complications associated with fathering multiple children.

Earlier, in August, Rada spoke about her struggle with postpartum depression and raising their son without sufficient support. At the birth of Mikey on June 17, Michael missed the delivery, later explaining he had gone for coffee and returned late. Both he and Rada later said his absence actually reduced stress, with Rada admitting the quieter presence helped her emotionally.
