A nurse has been declared missing after leaving Lagos for a job in Ogun State.
Her family urges the public to help find her as police continue investigating the case.
A young Nigerian nurse, Ovansa Khadijat, has been declared missing after she traveled from Lagos to Aiyetoro in Ogun State for a private medical job.

Her sister, Joy, told reporters that Khadijat left their family home in Kogi State about two months ago in search of a better work opportunity in Lagos. Joy explained that her sister resigned from her former job because she was made to work for many days without rest. She later received a fresh offer to care for a patient said to be battling cancer in the Aiyetoro area.
Joy said Khadijat left from the Mile 2 axis of Lagos to Ogun State for the assignment but has not returned. All efforts to reach her have failed since the day she traveled. The family has raised concern over her safety and whereabouts.
According to Joy, the matter has been officially reported to the police, who have begun investigating the situation. The family has appealed to the public to provide any helpful information that could assist in finding Khadijat. They urged anyone with details to contact the nearest police station.
