Nollywood actress Eve Esin has thanked God for His faithfulness after getting married at the age of 43, describing her journey as one marked by faith, patience, and divine timing.
In a heartfelt post on Instagram, the actress said her story is a message of hope to women who may be losing faith because of age or delay.
She wrote: “My post is to give someone who had lost hope, hope. I am not a motivational speaker but a child God showed mercy.”
Eve revealed that she got legally married at 43 and celebrated her traditional wedding publicly a day after turning 44. She said many people had doubted that it could happen, but God proved them wrong.
The actress recalled that people mocked her for not being married earlier, calling her names and suggesting her time had passed. She said those words hurt, but she refused to lose faith, trusting that God would make things right.
She added: “Darling, I have been through it all. Someday I will tell my story. I thank God for never letting me lose faith in Him.”
Eve also encouraged women who feel left behind not to give up, reminding them that “delay is not denial.” She prayed that God would grant their heart desires and connect them with the right partners.
