Ciara Arrives In Lagos For Lagos Fashion Week Anniversary and Cultural Tour
Ciara has arrived in Lagos to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Lagos Fashion Week.
She will explore the city’s culture and connect with local designers and creatives.
Grammy-winning American singer Ciara has arrived in Lagos to take part in the 15th anniversary celebration of Lagos Fashion Week and to explore the city’s rich culture.

Her arrival was confirmed by Jubril Gawat, the Senior Special Assistant on New Media to the Lagos State Governor, who announced that she was received by the Commissioner for Tourism, Mrs. Toke Benson-Awoyinka.
Gawat wrote: “International superstar, Grammy Award winner, Ciara Princess Wilson, is in Lagos, accompanied by the Commissioner for Tourism, Mrs. Toke Benson-Awoyinka. She will be joining us to celebrate our tourism, our art, and our culture.”
During her stay, Ciara is expected to immerse herself in Lagos’ vibrant fashion, arts, and cultural scenes. She will visit notable cultural landmarks and meet with local designers and creatives.
Her visit is described as a symbolic “homecoming” that highlights Lagos as a global center for creativity and innovation.
Gawat added that the singer’s presence will also mark the successful hosting of the 15th anniversary of Lagos Fashion Week, an event organized in partnership with the Lagos State Government.
“It’s a homecoming for her and other creatives who see Lagos as home. She will visit different cultural sites and celebrate the 15th anniversary of Lagos Fashion Week,” he said.
