Cristiano Ronaldo has once again spoken about the long-standing comparison between him and Lionel Messi, saying he does not agree that the Argentine forward is a better player.

In a preview of his latest interview with British journalist Piers Morgan, the Al Nassr and Portugal captain was asked about the common belief that Messi is the superior footballer. Responding confidently, Ronaldo said, “Messi better than me? I don’t agree with that opinion. I don’t want to be humble.”
The football icon also reacted to comments made by his former Manchester United teammate Wayne Rooney, who had previously said he preferred Messi. Ronaldo noted that such opinions do not bother him, adding that everyone is entitled to their views.
