NFL star Stefon Diggs has revealed that he and rapper Cardi B are expecting a baby boy.
The couple shared their excitement, with Diggs saying he can’t wait to embrace fatherhood.
NFL player Stefon Diggs has confirmed that he and rapper Cardi B are expecting a baby boy. The New England Patriots wide receiver shared the news during an interview with PEOPLE at the 2025 CFDA Fashion Awards.
Diggs, 31, expressed his excitement about fatherhood, saying he looks forward to bonding with his son. “It’s a boy. That’s enough for me,” he said. “I can’t wait to make him do push-ups, sit-ups, and run around.”
Speaking separately to Extra at the same event, Diggs mentioned that the baby’s arrival is close, adding, “It’s supposed to happen real soon, so wish us both luck.”
Cardi B, 33, first announced her pregnancy in September during an interview on CBS Mornings. She said her fourth child is due before her next tour begins in February. “I’m having a baby with my boyfriend, Stefon Diggs,” she told anchor Gayle King.
The Grammy-winning rapper, whose real name is Belcalis Almánzar, said she feels happy and empowered as she balances motherhood and her career. “I feel like I’m in a good space. I’m doing all this work while creating a baby,” she said.
Cardi already shares three children, Kulture, Wave, and Blossom, with her estranged husband, Offset. She also credited Diggs for giving her confidence and emotional support. “He makes me feel very confident,” she said. “Feeling safe is feeling confident, and it makes you feel like you can take over the world.”
